We travel to witness sharks being brought into one of the largest shark markets in Indonesia to be processed and sold for their fins. We will get the chance to observe and document catch being brought in from all areas of surrounding oceans & witness the fin drying process.
MEET THE COMMUNITY
You will get to meet all the crew and see where and how our fishermen live by immersing yourself in the true local culture on “fisherman island”. We will take a tour of ways Project Hiu has shaped the island and meet the locals that made it possible.
