CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Due to limited resources and high demand, we enforce a strict cancellation and no-show policy:
- No refunds for guest cancellations or no-shows, including due to illness, travel delays, or personal reasons.
- Refunds only if Project Hiu cancels (e.g., weather, emergencies, transport issues).
- Changes must be requested 72 hours in advance via our Kuta, Lombok team only (WhatsApp: +62 859-4728-5203). Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
- Late arrivals and/or no-show = no refund.
- Guests must be fit for ocean activities; no refunds for illness or undisclosed conditions.
- Bookings are for guests 18+ only. Unaccommodated minors = no refund.
- We’re not liable for cancellations due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions).
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
