A father sacrifices shark fishing…

This month, Project Hiu made a powerful impact without a payroll. When a local shark fishing captain faced the difficult choice between his daughter’s education and returning to sea, we stepped in to cover her school fees. In exchange, he agreed not to fish sharks. This simple act saved countless lives beneath the surface and reminded us that sometimes, conservation is as much about supporting people as it is about protecting wildlife.

Our founder with Captain Sapi, a valued member of our crew who last month, caught 15 tiger sharks in one day, this month the sharks are safe from his generational knowledge & his daughter (studying to be a dentist) can stay in school…
