Standard shipping on all domestic orders (Australian Only) will take 2-5 business days to arrive after dispatch. Please note: All delivery times provided here are based on the estimated times provided by Australia Post and are subject to their processing, which can vary, especially during public holidays and holiday periods. Once the item is shipped, it is out of our control. For more detailed courier information, please visit the Australia Post website. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

We sincerely apologise if our order doesn’t reach you in time for a special event or date. However we are at the mercy of the post system and cannot be help responsible or refund you in these cases.

If you are located outside of Australia, we offer the following services: International Courier or Australia Post - International Economy Air. Rate depends on location and charged by Post Office app linked on our website. Delivery between 10 - 20 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries, this is an estimate off the Australia Post website.) Please use Australia Post website for a more accurate time length for your country. All international orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel. Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with tracking details. Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery. We recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order.

Orders outside of Australia may be subject to local import charges. Customs policies vary widely, with customs or import duties being charged once the order reaches its destination country. Project Hiu is not responsible for any additional charges, as Customs & Duty charges are controlled by the local government at the destination of import. Before shopping online with Project Hiu, we ask for you to be aware of any additional importation fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. We cannot class your international orders as 'gifts' to bypass or reduce any customs fees. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

We accept returns on unused items. You have the option for a size swap, store credit or a refund. Refunds will be issued via the same source used to make the payment. Please contact us contact@projecthiu.com

At the moment, we have our merchandise for sale at our physical store in Kuta Lombok as well as limited items stocked in both Uluwatu & Seminyak Drifter surf shops! We do not ship to or within Indonesia. To inquire about stock available at the store please message our work phone to reach our team on the ground. We do not offer any gosend services & cannot keep items for purchase on hold.

We restock items at random times, depending on availability and production schedules. Because of this, certain pieces may sell out quickly and return without notice. The best way to stay in the loop is to join our mailing list, subscribers are always the first to know when new stock drops, limited editions return, or exclusive items become available.
